Wannetta Lucille Adams (Joseph)

Wannetta Lucille Adams, 96, of Grayling, passed away on Friday May 10, 2013. Wannetta was born in Parsons, Kansas on December 24, 1916, the daughter of the late Rebecca (Buckner) and Cyrus Joseph. She married Gerald Adams in 1933 in Kansas. They were married for 59 years before he preceded her in death in 1992. She enjoyed doing many types of crafts, playing pinochle and euchre, and flower gardening. Survived by her two daughters: Darlene (Otto) Brantley of Lovells Berva (Larry) Graham, of Chesnee, SC She is also survived by 10 granchildren and 21 great grandchildren Sister: Eleanor Graham of Petoskey. Preceded in death by parents, husband Gerald, son Gerald, daughter Geraldine, and brother Virgil Joseph Visitation will be held on Monday May 13, 2013 between 4-7:00 p.m. Sorenson-Lockwood Funeral Home. Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday May 14, 2013 at 1:00 p.m at Sorenson-Lockwood Funeral Home with Pastor Gary Hopp officiating. Interment will be at Coldsprings Township Cemetery in Kalkaska.
