Vivan L. Campbell, 98, of Grayling, MI passed away on Wednesday July 10, 2013 Vivan was born in Boyne City, MI on July 20, 1914, a son of the late Edythe (Soper) and John Campbell. Vivan was preceded in death by his wife Ruth in 2000 after 53 years of marriage. He lived for bow hunting. He worked at Bear Archery as an inspector. He snow plowed for 40 years. Survived by his children: Sally (Ed) Hartig of Grayling, LeRoy (Coralee) Campbell of Alpena, Bethlyn (Jim) Shepler of Traverse City, Don (Elaine) Campbell of Grayling, Jack (Cassie) Campbell of Grayling . 19 grandchildren, many great and great-great grandchildren that allowed for a number of 5 generation photos to be taken. Brother: Kenneth Campbell of Independence, MO. Visitation will be held at Sorenson-Lockwood Funeral Home on Thursday July 11, 2013 between 4-7 p.m. and funeral service will be held at Grayling Free Methodist Church on Friday July 12, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. Interment will be at Elmwood Cemetery.
