Virginia Wellman

Mrs. Virginia Wellman, 72, of Blue Lake Township, Kalkaska County passed away on Monday, December 24th, 2007. Virginia was born on April 3, 1935 in Pontiac, Michigan to the late Eugene Albert and Elvene (Anderson) Kaiser. The former Virginia Kaiser married Arthur Wellman on January 23, 1954 in Flint, Michigan. They were married for 53 years before Arthur preceded her in death in July 2007. Survived by Daughters: Dianne (Randy) Cassle of Onondaga, MI Rhonda (Gary) Lockrey of Lambertville, MI Sheri (Glenn)Lichtenwald of Ottawa HIlls, Ohio. Grandchildren: Rachel, Tarah, Justin, Megan, Alona, & Aaron Great grandchildren: Kiley & Charlie Several nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by her husband Arthur Wellman, son Mike Wellman, and 3 brothers. Visitation will be held at Sorenson-Lockwood Funeral Home on Friday December 28, 2007 between 2-4 pm. and 6-8 p.m. Funeral will be held at Sorenson-Lockwood Funeral Home on Saturday December 29, 2007 at 12:00 noon.: Interment will be at Oakwood Cemetery in Frederic, MI. in Spring 2008.
