Velma June Wilcox, 81, of Waters, passed away on December 13, 2016. She was preceded in death by her husband Theodore Roland Wilcox. Survived by her daughter, Roxann SanCartier and son, Mitchell (Sharon) Wilcox and their respective families. No public services are planned.
