Shirley Lillian Parker (McNeil)

Shirley L. Parker, 82, of Grayling passed away on Friday May 18, 2012. Shirley was born in Detroit, MI on December 18, 1929, the daughter of the late John and Lillian McNeil.. Shirley married Norman F. Parker in November 1946 in Houghton Lake, Michigan. They were married for 63 years before he preceded her in death in 2011. Shirley enjoyed the outdoors, nightlife and bonfires at the beach with family and friends, and golfing. Survived by children Linda (Gary) Blood of Dimondale. Marilynn Gilroy of Mason. Jimmy (Jacalyn) Parker of Grayling. 7 grandchildren 12 great grandchildren Brother: John A. (Patty) McNeil of Mason. Visitation will be held at Sorenson-Lockwood Funeral Home on Thursday May 24, 2012 between 2-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. Funeral Service on Friday May 25, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. at Sorenson-Lockwood Funeral Home with Rev.
