Sally Haven Weaver

Sally Haven Weaver 85 of Frederic passed away with her family by her side on February 26 at Grayling Munson CCU.

Sally was born to the late Barstle and Alvina (Rose) Cross, in Kalkaska on March 1 (her father’s birthday) 1938.

Sally held many jobs in her life but her proudest accomplishment was being an EMT for the Frederic Fire Department.

Sally is survived by her children Renee’ (Dennis) Deman, Chris (Mary) Weaver, Tonya (Dennis) York and Nicole Weaver.
Grandchildren Nettie Deman, Bobby (Brandi) Deman, Natalie (John) Coleman, Jessica (Jon) Burchett, Magena Reusch, Spencer Tomczak, Kendall Tomczak, Jillian Tomczak, Emily Weaver, Chrissa (Ashton) Martenson, Bobby (Crista) Hebel, Mara (Jason) Brigham, Desiree (Frank) Checks, Brad (Megan) Hebel, Ben (Brenna) Hebel, Bowen (Allie) Hebel, Jacinda (Ben) Franke. 35 great-grandchildren. 6 great-great-grandchildren. And many nieces and nephews

Sally was preceded in death by her husband of 65 years Robert Weaver, parents Barstle & Alvina Cross, brothers William Cross, Barstle Cross, John Cross and granddaughter Desiree Checks

Our family would like to give a special thank you to the Dr. and nursing staff of the CCU at Munson Healthcare - Grayling Hospital. Their care and kindness to mom and our entire family was greatly appreciated. 

Visitation will begin at 11:00 AM and continue until the time of funeral service at 2:00 PM on Saturday, March 2, 2024 at Sorenson-Lockwood Funeral Home.
