Robert Allen

Mr. Robert Allen, 73, of Grayling passed away on Monday, October 1st, 2007. Robert was born in Lapeer County, MI on November 25, 1933, the son of the late Frank Edward and Alice Mae (Ludington) Allen. He served in the U.S. Army. He married of Constance Allen on February 26, 1956 in Mt. Dora, Florida. He was a member of the Moose Lodge, American Legion, National Rifle Association, and the Sportsman Club. He enjoyed deer huntering, trapping, fishing, outdoors, and collected guns. Survived by: Daughter(s): Jennie Mcfarlane of Grayling, MI. Cindy O'Connor of Grayling, MI. Judy Stewart of Eustis, Florida. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren, and 1 great grandchild. Sister(s): Dorothy, Ramona, and Pat Brother: George Memorial Service will be held at at at Burning Bush Tabernacle on Michigan Avenue in Grayling, MI, Friday, October 5th, 2007 with Rev. Patricia Petrie officiating. Military Honors will also be accorded by American Legion Post 106 and Camp Grayling Firing Squad.
