Richard Norman Adams

Richard Norman Adams, 77, of Grayling, MI., passed away on Monday December 2, 2013. Richard was born in Gladwin, MI on June 9, 1936, son of the late Violet Ruth (Near) and Michael Adams. He went into the U.S. Army immediately following graduation from high school. He was an avid hunter and fisherman. Survived by: Children: Lori (David) Pettit of Florida Richard (Leanne) Adams of Grayling Tara (James) Weeks of Rochester HIlls Telesa (Bobby) Hill of Wayne, MI Grandchildren: 13 Great grandchildren: 1 Sisters: Marion (Jerry) LaMotte of Grayling Joyce (Eldon) Benmark of _______________ Alice Potter of Corunna. Preceded in death by his parents and wife Marilyn. Visitation will be held on Friday December 6, 2013 between 2-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. at Sorenson-Lockwood Funeral Home. Funeral service will be held on Saturday December 7, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. at Sorenson-Lockwood Funeral Home with Pastor David Blake officiating.
