RH Jackman

Mr. RH "Dick" Jackman, 81, of Grayling, Michigan passed away at home on Sunday, May 25th, 2008 RH was born in Black Rock, Arkansas, on April 2, 1927, the son of the late Richard Henry and Zoe Madeline (Marker) Jackman. He served in the U.S. Navy during WW II. He was a Machine Operator in the manufacturing industry. He enjoyed golf. He was a menber of Eagles club , and Grayling Country Club. He married Patricia Rolston (Jackman), on November 29, 1947 and enjoyed over 50 years of marriage untill her passing in 1998. He is survived by Daughter: Kathy (Larry) Nofzinger of Dansville, MI. Son: Ron (Diann) Jackman of Mason, MI. Grandson: Chad (Krista) Williams Grandson: Jason (Doreen) Williams Grandson: Ryan (Nicole) Williams Grandson: Jeremy (Kelly) Nofzinger Granddaughter: Sara Jackman Granddaughter: Emma Jackman He is also survived by 7 Great Grandchildren, and several neices and nephews. He was preceded in death by his wife, parents and two sisters Margaret Cowell and Hariett Trapp Visitation will be held on tuesday May 27, 20008 between 11:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.. at Sorenson-Lockwood Funeral Home, Grayling, Michigan Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday May 27, 2008 at 1:00 p.m. at Sorenson-Lockwood Funeral Home, Grayling, MI, with Pastor Terry Turner officiating.
