Pamela Sue Holzman (Wheeler)

Pamela S. Holzman, nee Wheeler, 61, died on July 9, 2012 at her home after a long illness. She was born on December 11, 1951 in Grayling, MI to Herbert Wheeler & Lois Worden Bendig, who proceeded her in death. Pam had an amazing sense of humor. She could laugh through the difficult times. She had the ability to bring comfort to others through her stories and laughter, even at the end. She found joy in her hobbies of arts & crafts, crocheting, collecting all manner of pigs, morel mushroom hunting, reading, and bird watching. She always had a special place in her heart for all pets and animals of any kind. She even had a partridge follow her around while hunting for morels. Pam's family was a very important part of her life. Pamela is survived by her husband and best friend, Bill "Iggy" Holzman of 37 years of marriage, her son, Todd Lovely and her granddaughter Haileejane, whom she loved so much and who brought a very special joy & comfort to her in the last few months of her life. She leaves behind a sister, Vicki Bennett (Michael), 2 brothers, Wayne Wheeler (Carroll) & Cliff Wheeler, 2 nephews Chip Bennett (Jill) & Chet Wheeler (Kari), a niece Abby Wheeler & a great-niece Rylee Wheeler.
