Michelle Renee Barber

Michelle Renee Barber, 54, of Grayling, passed away on June 21, 2021.

Michelle was born on October 13, 1966 to Thomas and Mary Kay (Faller) Hennessy in Flint, Michigan. She loved family vacations and time spent with her grandchildren. Michelle was for being a "Hostess of Chaos". She loved her fur babies. Michelle worked as a RN/BSN at Munson Health Care. She was passionate about her job and relationships with her previous coworkers.

Survived by her daughters: Alexandrea (Andrew) Hart; Jane Moore; Hillary (Mason) Krey; Autumn, Georgia, and Claire Barber, all of Grayling. Grandchildren: Camden Hart, Paisley Moore, Piper Michels, and Evelyn Hart. Parents: Mary Kay and Thomas Hennessy of Boyne City. Brother, Tim (Amie) Hennessy of Traverse City and brother in law. Harold 'Buck' Stevens of Boyne City. Previous husband and forever friend, Andrew Barber. Michelle was also survived by a large extended family. Preceded in death by her son, Kelly Richards and sister Lisa 'Weez' Stevens.

Visitation will be held beginning at 12:00 noon on Sunday, June 27, 2021 and Celebration of Michelle's Life will begin at 1:00 p.m. Michelle's family would like to express their sincere appreciation of the kind, attentive, and compassionate care that was given to Michelle by her caregiver, Amy Johnson.
