Matthew Wayne LaChance

Matthew Wayne LaChance, 49, of Grayling, MI, passed away Thursday May 8, 2014. Matthew was born March 20, 1965 to the late Howard and Jacqueline (May) LaChance in Saginaw, MI. He enjoyed snowmobiling, motorcycling, "shooting hoops", bowling, playing darts, golf, and pool. Matthew is survived by siblings Jodi Modos of Grayling, Michelle (Timothy) Sowinski of Grayling, Tammie (Dan) Weinel of Houghton Lake, Annette (Dennis) Peterson of Grayling, Susette (Jeff) Wardecke of Wisconsin, and Steve May of Saginaw; and several nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews. Matthew is preceded in death by both of his parents, brother: Anthony "Butch", and baby sister, Tracie, and great nephew, Jonathan Bonenfant. There will be a Gathering of Family and Friends to Remember Matthew at 1:00 p.m. Sunday, May 11, 2014 with family receiving visitors beginning at 12:00 noon at Sorenson-Lockwood Funeral Home.
