Luanah Howden

Luanah Howden, 70, of Frederic passed away on Wednesday, December 30th, 2009. Luanah was born in Grayling, MI on February 10, 1939, the daughter of the late Clare and Nettie (Shellenberger) Rood. Survived by Son :Robert (Vicki) Howden of Traverse City. Grand daughter: Ashley Howden of Grayling Sister: Janet (Richard) Brown of Frederic. Brothers: Clare (Maye) Rood, Jr. of Harrison., Dan (Cathy) Rood of Standish. Many nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by her parents; a sister, Shirley Robideau; and an aunt Cloya Visitation will be held at Sorenson-Lockwood Funeral Home on Sunday Jan. 3, 2009 between 1-2 p.m. with Funeral Service to follow at 2:00 P.M.
