Miss Louise Feldhauser, 84, of Grayling passed away on Sunday, January 14th, 2007. Miss Feldhauser was born in Grayling, Michigan on February 3, 1922, the daughter of the late Rudolph and Fern (Hanna) Feldhauser. She served in the Army Nurse Corps as a First Lieutenant in WW II. She served in France and Belgium. She retired after working for 37 years as a Certified Nurse Anesthetist in Great Falls, Montana,Mt. Carmel Hospital in Detroit, St. Mary's of Saginaw, and the last 20 years of her career at Mercy Hospital and Otsego Memorial Hospital. Louise enjoyed traveling with her friends and traveled to many places around the world. She was a member of Grayling Alumni Association, American Association of Nurse Anesthetists, Historical Society of Crawford County Survivors: Nieces: Grace Feldhauser of Grayling Jennis (Marc) Wargaff of New Jersey Nephews: John (Louise) Hanna of Traverse City Thomas (Lillian) Feldhauser of Arizona Norman (Carol) Hanna of Pennsylvania Gary (Rose) Hanna of Traverse City Todd (Debra) Hanna of Traverse City and several great nieces and nephews and great great nieces and nephews There will be a Graveside Military Honors Service in Spring 2007. Interment will be at Elmwood Cemetery Grayling, MI.
