Louis Raymond Menard, IV, 18, of Frederic, MI passed away on Monday April 29, 2013. Louis was born in Alpena, Michigan on April 28, 1995, a son of Patricia Ann (Swanton) and Louis Raymond Menard III. Louis was easy going, mellow, and friendly and loved his many friends. Enjoyed sports, namely basketball and golf. Louis was "The best euchre player ever". Louis realized his lifelong dream of attending University of Michigan in that he was recently awarded an academic scholarship to begin attending U of M in August 2013. Survived by his parents Louis and Patricia Menard and his sister Jessalynn Louise. Grandmother: F. Marlene Menard of Saginaw Grandparents: Espers (Nancy) Swanton of Florida Uncles/Aunts: Greg (Lori) Menard, Joe (Mary) Menard, Tom Menard, Annette (Tim) Galarno, Chris (Don) McCann, Val (Tom) Bolger, Chris (Donna) Swanton, and Diane Milan. Many cousins, especially Dewey and Danielle. His dog Willie and cat Bad Boy. Preceded in death by his grandfather Louis Menard, Jr. A Celebration of Louis' Life will be held at Michelson Memorial United Methodist Church on Monday May 6, 2013 at 4:00 p.m. with Rev. Ernie Wagner officiating.
