Larkin Baker

Mr. Larkin Clare Baker, 76 of Frederic, Michigan passed away on Saturday May 31, 2008. Larkin was born in Milford, Michigan on October 4, 1931, the son of the late Larkin and Dorothy (Aikens) Baker. He served 20 years in the U.S. Air Force, and also worked with the United States Post Office. He married the former Joan Cinciala on October 4, 1958 and enjoyed nearly 50 years of marriage. Larkin was a member of the Grayling American Legion Post #106, Grayling Eagles and Moose clubs, Larkin is survived by his wife Joan Baker Sister, Theda (Gordon) Berneir of Clawson, MI He was preceded in death by son Michael and parents. Visitation will be held on Monday June 02, 2008 between 3:00-8:00 P.M. at Sorenson-Lockwood Funeral Home., Grayling, MI. Funeral Service will be held at Sorenson-Lockwood Funeral Home, Grayling, MI, at 1:00 P.M. on Tuesday, June 3rd, 2008 with Sister Jean Umlor officiating. Interment at Maple Forest Twp.
