John Claude Trune

John C Trune - 61, passed away on January 28, 2014 after a 17 year battle with Parkinson's Disease. He was born April 13, 1952 in Flint Michigan and grew up in Columbiaville, Michigan. He worked for the State of Michigan for 29 years before retiring in 2001. John loved northern Michigan and often enjoyed hunting and fishing when he could. He was a hardworking man with a heart of gold. His family and friends meant the world to him. He is survived by his wife Janet Trune, daughter and son-in-law Melissa and Tony Dole, and son Danny Trune . He is also survived by his 7 grandchildren (Ghayge, Koedy, Hayley, Parker, Lexie, Kynadi and Kyle). He was preceded in death by his parents Claude and Mary Trune, sister Charlene and son Jeffrey. There will be a small private service at a later date.
