John Louis Chad

John Louis Chad, 62, of Grayling, MI passed away July 24, 2014. John was born February 16, 1952 in Detroit, MI to Irwin and Pearl Chad. He graduated from Hazel Park High School. John was the founder of Trek the Mighty Mac, Co-founder of Happi Trails ATV Club, member of the Crawford County Cert, member of the Ham Radio Club, and was on the ATV Trail Board for State of Michigan. John is survived by his wife Ruth Chad; children Austin Chad, Eric Chad, Nicole Chad, and Nathen Chad; brother William (Priscilla) Chad; and nephew James Chad. John is preceded in death by both parents and brother George Chad. A memorial service for John will be held on Saturday, August 16, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. at Bear Lake Christian Church in Bear Lake Twp., MI.
