Jerry Dave McClain

Jerry Dave McClain, 91, of Grayling, passed away on February 23, 2018. He was born in Grayling on February 21, 1927 to the late Floyd "Mickey" and Carrie (LaGrow) McClain. Jerry enjoyed all things related to hunting and fishing. He enjoyed baking too. Jerry married Wilda Patch on April 15, 1950 in Grayling. They were married for 63 years before she preceded him in death in 2014. Jerry retired from Camp Grayling after 32 years of employment. Survived by sons: Greg (Julie) McClain of Grayling and Paul (Janet) McClain of Roscommon. He was blessed with 6 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren. Brother: Bob (Marilyn) McClain of Grayling. Sister: Sally (Leroy) Papendick of Grayling. Preceded in death by his wife, Wilda; son, David McClain; and brothers, Jack, F.J., and Jim McClain. No public service is planned.
