Jerry Lee Elekonich

Jerry Lee Elekonich, 57, of Grayling passed away on Saturday, August 9th, 2008. Jerry was born in Toledo, Ohio on July 16, 1951, the son of the late Paul and Kathleen (Woerner) Elekonich who survives him of Montoursville, Pennsylvania.. He served in the U.S. Marine Corp. He married the former Denise Mater on October 11, 1998. Jerry is survived by Daughters: Jennifer (Colminton) Allen of Ft. Stewart, Georgia. Renee (Mike) Joseph of Frederic, MI Kelly Meehan of Grayling, MI Erin Meehan of Grayling, MI Son:Marc Elekonich of North Carolina. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren Sisters: Joan A. Suchomma of Sylvania, Ohio., Janet M. (Keith) Hoffman of Pennsylvania. Brother: Joseph (Patricia) Elekonich of Saline, Michigan. Preceded in death by his father, Paul Elekonich. In keeping respect with Jerry's wishes cremation has been completed and no public services will be held Jerry's family shared the opportunity for others to benefit by donation to "Gift of Life".
