Jared Evan Medler August 11, 1981-September 25, 2015 Jared Evan Medler, 34, passed away on Friday, September 25, 2015. Jared was born in Grayling, MI on August 11, 1981 to John and Susan Medler. Jared graduated from Grayling High School in 1999 and continued his education at Ferris State University, graduating in 2003 with a Bachelor's Degree in Welding Engineering. He earned his Certified Welding Inspector Certificate in 2013. He was employed by Vehma International in Troy, MI. Jared loved being in the woods, hunting deer with a bow and rifle, snowmobiling, mud bogging, fishing and racing his mountain bike. Jared is survived by his parents - John and Susan Medler, brother - Jason(Jamie) Medlerm nephews - William and Evan Medler, sister - Sarah Medler, grandmother - Mildred File, uncle - Gerald(JoAnn) Medler, numerous cousins and a vast number of loving friends. Burial will take place in the Beaver Creek Township Cemetery. The family suggests donations be made to the American Welding Society Scholarship Fund or to Ducks Unlimited.
