James Richard "RICK" Cox, 53, of Frederic passed away on Thursday, February 26th, 2009. James was born in Grayling, MI on June 8, 1955, the son of the late Wilson Stanley Sr. and Ila Elaine (Baldwin) Cox. He married the former Robin Hill in October 1979 He was an antique car enthusiast and a volunteer fire fighter for the Frederic Township Fire Department. Survived by wife Robin Son: Robert James Cox of Frederic. Sister: Loretta Kinney Brother: Wilson (Butch) Stanley Cox Jr. Brother in law: Ronnie Case Robert Varco Sister in law: Annette Lipe Mother in law: Clara Varco Several nieces, nephews and friends. Beloved pet poodle Ruby Preceded in death by parents, and sister Florence Case. Memorial Service will be held at Frederic Elementary School at 1:00 P. M. on Saturday, March 7th,2009 .
