James John Peterson

James John Peterson, 75, of Beaver Creek Township passed away on Saturday, January 17th, 2009. James was born in Rockford, Illinois on November 4, 1933, the son of the late Harry Clifford and Esther (Gallagher) Pedersen. He was a retired Tool & Die Maker having worked at GM for 30 years. After retiring from GM, he worked at Detroit Medical Center in Cancer Research for 10 years. He married the former Mary Butcher on Aug 5, 1960 in Royal Oak, Michigan. Survived by wife Mary of 48 years Daughter: Kim Joppy of Hastings, MI. Grandchildren: Michael, Jimmy, & Cassie. Great granddaughter: Brin Brothers: Harry & Clifford Pedersen Sisters: Barbara & Susan.
