James Otto Failing

James Otto Failing, 55, of Grayling, MI passed away Monday March 26, 2012. James was born in Grayling, MI on June 17, 1956, a son of Patricia M. (Thompson) and James C. Failing. James was an outdoorsman and enjoyed hunting and fishing. James even held the 1987 Michigan State Record for catching the largest stream fed brook trout. James is survived by both parents; James Carl Failing and Patricia Mae (Thompson) Failing of Grayling, MI; and two brothers; Douglas Richard Failing of Arcadia, CA and David William Failing of Grayling, MI. James was preceded in death by brother Allen Donald Failing. A memorial service will be held for James on Thursday April 5, 2012 at 11:00 am at Sorenson-Lockwood Funeral Home in Grayling, MI.
