James Nickolas Dasho

James Nickolas Dasho, 81, of Maple Forest Township passed away on Sunday August 22, 2010. He was born on December 29, 1028 in Wyandotte, Michigan to the late John and Catherine (Truth) Dasho. James married the former Emma Borgeson on June 11, 1949 at Wyandotte Lutheran Church. He was a member of Mt. Hope Lutheran Church in Grayling. James enjoyed wood working and gardening. Survived by: wife Emma of 61 years. Daughter: Kathy (Mark) Kniss of Frederic Son: James Dasho of Roscommon Grandchildren: Jason (Kristin) Dasho of Frederic Emily Dasho of Houghton Lake Dale Kniss of Manistee Nicole (Roger) Gibson of Fife Lake Sister: Elizabeth Gyolai of Riverview Preceded in death by his parents, 2 brothers and 4 sisters. Visitation will be held at Sorenson-Lockwood Funeral Home on Monday August 23, 2010 between 4-8 p.m. Funeral will be held at Mt.
