Jacqueline Susan Lepsy (Hunter)

Jacqueline Susan Lepsy, 75, of Grayling, died on January 28, 2012, after a protracted illness. She was born to the late Lawrence Bud' Hunter and Eleanor Hunter, October 20, 1936, in Grayling, Michigan. Known by her friends as Jackie Sue', she was a graduate of Grayling High School in 1954 and Kirtland Community College's first nursing class. Jacqueline worked as a nurse at Grayling's Mercy Hospital and Mercy Manor until her retirement. Her sisters, Patricia Hunter and Mary Catherine Blaauw, and brothers, Larry and John Hunter, survive her. She had four children, Richard, Lisa, David and Christopher. Jacqueline is also survived by eighteen grandchildren and 20 great- grandchildren. Funeral Services were held at St. Mary's Catholic Church on Wednesday, February 1, at 11:am. Jacqueline will be remembered as a devoted mother and grandmother by her family and as a dedicated nurse, by those whom she cared for during her many years of service.
