Howard LeRoy Moggo

Mr. Howard LeRoy Moggo, 85, of Grayling passed away on Monday, October 29th, 2007. Howard was born in Grayling, MI on February 3, 1922, the son of the late Frederick William and Mamie (Thurston) Moggo. He served in the US Army Air Corp WW II, his tours of duty included India, Burma and China. He was a member of American Legion Post #106.. He worked as a Supervisor at City of Grayling Department of Public Works for over 37 years. Howard was married to Betty Marines Moggo for 27 years. She preceded him in death 33 years ago. He married Emma Wilson on June 21, 1975. She preceded him in death about 10 years ago. He is survived by : Howard R. Moggo (Fran) of Oregon David (Carol) Moggo of Grayling Nancy (Robert) Cinciala of Grayling Linda (Roy) Crawford of Tennessee Steven (Debbie) Moggo of Tennessee Douglas (Chris) Moggo of Grayling Julie (Dan) Morency of Higgins Lake Ronald (Vickie) Moggo of Grayling John (Angie) Moggo of Grayling 24 Grandchildren, 19 Great grandchildren and 3 great-great grandchildren Sister:Marguerite Cody of Tennessee Brother: Frederick Moggo of Bay City. Preceded in death by 2 wives, 2 sisters, and 1 brother. A private graveside Military Honors service will be held and there will be a memorial service at American Legion Post #106 on Friday November 9, 2007 at 1:00 p.m..
