Harold Anthony Guidry, 91, of Grayling, MI (formerly of Florissant, CO and Buffalo, MO) passed away Friday, April 4, 2014. Harold was born in Raceland, Louisiana on July 15, 1922 to Cyril & Amy Guidry. He married Doris Ledet June 7, 1942. They were married 67 years when she preceded him in death in 2009. Harold served in WWII from December 1942 to November 1945 in the Asiatic Pacific Theater. After returning, he was employed at Chevron and retired in 1978 after 25 years of service. Harold is survived by children Mary Guidry Collura, Harold Joseph Guidry, and J.J. (Kitty) Guidry; grandchildren Tracy, Melissa, Christi, David, Joseph, Sarah, Holly, and Kayla; and many great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren. Harold was the last surviving sibling of 8 children, Edwin, Augusta, Lorraine, Bernice, Herbert, Earline, and Davis; also preceded in death by parents, Linda (daughter-in-law), and grandson Butch.
