Gregory William Lake

Gregory William Lake, 77, of Mio, MI passed away on April 13, 2021.

Gregory was born to William and Helen (Majewski) Lake on August 26, 1943 in Detroit, MI. Gregory served in the United States Air Force and worked for Ford Motor Company for many years. Gregory was an avid Harley rider/enthusiast and was a member of a motorcycle club. He enjoyed the outdoors including hunting, fishing, trap shooting, and training dogs.

Gregory's family will dearly miss him. Surviving him are his daughters, Heather Lake of Houghton Lake, MI, Laura Montgomery of Lexington, MI, and Nicole (David) Blair of Rochester Hills; grandchildren, Joshua, Jonathon, Brandon, Tyler, Gregory, Abigail, and Benjamin; siblings, Darryl Duey and Barbara (RJ) Fisher; brothers and sisters-in-law, Eileen & Gary, John & JoAnne, John & Sheryl, Janet, and Jeff; and many nieces and nephews. Gregory is preceded in death by his wife Carol (Arbaugh) Lake, son Joseph Lake, and sister-in-law Jeanne.

Visitation for Gregory will take place Friday, April 16, 2021 from 3-7 pm at Sorenson-Lockwood Funeral Home, 1108 W. North Down River Rd., Grayling, MI 49738.
