Fred Perkins

Fred Willis Perkins, 89, of Grayling, MI., and formerly of Herkimer, New York, passed away on October 29, 2015. Fred was born in Utica, New York on September 15, 1926, a son of the late Dale (Hall) and Roy Perkins. He served in the U.S. Marines in WW II. Survived by his daughters: Shelley Brinker of Grayling Emilee ( Rich, Jr.) Dowland of Frederic He is also survived by 5 Grandchildren, 17 Great Grandchildren Fred was preceded in death by his wives, Charlotte and Evelyn Perkins.
