Elwyn Asa Vanderpool

Elwyn Asa Vanderpool, Sr., 71, passed away at his home on September 29, 2010, surrounded by his children and grandchildren, after a brief battle with cancer. He was the son of the late Harry and Eva Mae (Corwin) Vanderpool. He married Sharon Morris on September 14, 1957. His survived by 4 children: Tyke (Jolene) Vanderpool, Vonda (Jeffrey) Sidlacek, Leonard Vanderpool and Kindra Keir; Two brothers Norman and Bruce Vanderpool, 11 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife, Sharon, of 42 years, granddaughter Chelsey Kay, grandson Blake Keir, his parents, and several siblings.
