Doris E. Anthony (Rolfe)

Doris E. Anthony, 85, of Grayling passed away on Friday March 16, 2012. Doris was born in Lansing, Michigan on November 9, 1926 to the late Eva (LaBelle) and George Rolfe. She married Clyde Anthony in 1948. He preceded her in death in 1993. Doris spent her life growing up in Maple Forest and on the AuSable River. Doris worked as a bank teller at Grayling State Bank (Citizen's). Doris enjoyed bowling, softball, and golf. Survived by Daughters: Karen Anthony, of Grayling, MI; Vickie (Rick) Mrazik, of Grayling, MI; Suzan (Doug) Stiles, of Lewiston, MI; Sons: Michael Anthony, of Gaylord, MI; Jeffrey (Joell) Anthony, of Pinconning, MI; 3 Grandchildren, 1 great grandchild Sister: Muriel Leng, of Frederic, MI. Brother: John (Carolyn) Rolfe, of Grayling, MI; Visitation will be held on Monday March 19, 2012 between 11:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m. at Sorenson-Lockwood Funeral Home. Funeral service will follow at 1:00 p.m. Interment will be at Elmwood Cemetery, MI. In lieu of flowers, family suggests a donation to the charity of your choice.
