Donald James Tucker

Mr. Donald James Tucker, 88, of Grayling passed away on Thursday July 15, 2010. Donald was born in Owosso, Michigan on August 22, 1921, the son of the late Frank and Annie (Reid) Tucker. He married the former Orvetta Yax on December 9, 1989 in Grayling, Michigan. Donald loved farming, hunting and fishing. Survived by his wife Orvetta of 20 years. Daughter: Barbara Cook of Bath, MI. Granddaughters Amber and Andrea Cook Step sons: Lynn Starr of Grayling, MI. Greg (Cheryl) Starr of Grayling, MI., Kenneth Starr of TX., Roger Moon of Mio, MI. Several grandchildren and great grandchildren Sisters: Phyllis and Betty Conway of St. Charles Dorothy Miller of Saginaw Preceded in death by: parents, an infant son Robert James Tucker; step daughter Tracy Moon; Brother James and Sister Ruth. Memorial service will be held at Grayling Free Methodist Church on Monday July 19, 2010 at 1:00 p.m. with Pastor Frank Klassen officiating.
