Donald C. Palmer

Mr. Donald C. Palmer, 81, of Grayling passed away on Friday, April 6th, 2007. Mr. Palmer was born in Lansing, Michigan on March 22, 1926, the son of the late Robert A. and Greta M. (Pardon) Palmer. He served in the U.S. Army Air Force. He was a retired Funeral Director. He also worked as a general maintenance person at C.F. Fick & Sons He married Joyce Pickell in October of 2005. Don was a member of Michelson Memorial United Methodist Church. Don is survived by his wife Joyce. Daughter(s): Amy K. Valley of Midland, MI. Deborah K. Palmer of Harrison, MI. Son(s): Daniel S. (Krystal) Palmer of Richland, WA., Douglas C. (Carmen) Palmer of Austin, TX., David C. (Kathleen) Palmer of Irvine, CA., D. Michael Palmer of Kalamazoo, MI., James J (Angie) Pickell of Grayling, MI., Tony D (Christi) Pickell of Suttons Bay, MI. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, and 1 great grandchild. Visitation will be held at Michelson Memorial United Methodist Church on Sunday April 8, 2007 between 6-8 pm. and Monday 11:00 am to 12:30 pm. Masonic Service will begin at 12:30 p.m. with Funeral Service to follow at Michelson Memorial United Methodist Church on Monday, April 9th, 2007 with Dr. William Cargo officiating.
