Donald Heacock

Donald W. Heacock, 77, of Grayling, passed away on Monday, January 26th, 2009. Donald was born in Macomb County, Michigan on April 12, 1931, the son of the late Joseph and Myrtle B. (Powell) Heacock. He was retired from GM Truck & Bus in Pontiac. He married his wife Sharon (McFadden) Heacock on December 21,1996 in Roscommon Survived by wife Sharon Children: Delores (Hank) Gerhke of Clinton Township. Michael (Linda) Heacock of Roscommon., Janet (Rod) Sommerfield of Kingston. Donna (Michael) Brandibur of Benson, Az. Gary (Coleen) Heacock of Clinton Township, David (Debbie) Heacock of Charlotte. Step children: Daniel (Val) Sevenski of Elmira. Debbie Shepherd of Boyne City., Kimberly (Dennis) Bofysil of Grayling., Julie (David) Laurie of Powell, TN. Ginny (Jim) Hallam of Garden City, Karen (Leon) Bush of Boyne City, Christy Sevenski of Grayling. 23 Grandchildren , 18 Great grandchildren Sisters: Dorothy (Herb) Williams, Diane Zettee Brothers:, Douglas (Barbara) Heacock, Joseph Heacock Sister-in-law: Bobbie Heacock And a large extended family. Preceded in death by parents and brother Dale Heacock Visitation will be held on Thursday January 29, 2009 between 10:00 A.M. - 3:00p.m. at Roscommon Baptist Church located at 414 S. Main St. in Roscommon. Funeral Service will follow the visitation at Roscommon Baptist Church at 3:00 P.M. on Thursday, January 29th, 2009 with Rev. Michael A. Heacock officiating.
