Diana M. Biddle (Wilcox)

Diana Margaret Wilcox Biddle, 67, of Grayling, died peacefully on January 7, 2011 with her sister by her side. She was born in Texarkana, Arkansas on September 25, 1943 to Max and Pluma Wilcox. She married the love of her life, Daniel on July 1, 1995; he preceded her in death after 12 years of marriage. Diana graduated from Greenville High School in 1962 and attended classes at Davenport in Grand Rapids Michigan. She lived most of her adult life in St. Johns and worked in the Service Industry. She enjoyed spending time with her sister and her dear friends from the Senior Center. Her favorite past times were reading books and writing in her journal. Diana embraced the challenge of a tough cross word puzzle and enjoyed writing letters to family and friends. She also spent countless hours playing wii with her friends at the Center. Diana is survived by her son, Roger (Dawn) Konenski of Lyons; mother, Pluma Wilcox of Grayling and sister, Virginia Clark of Grayling; grandchildren, Roger Raymond of Lyons and Shayla and Calvin reside in Mansfield, Texas; Niece, DeAnne (Mark) Swiercz and children Nicholas and Chandler of Grayling and Nephew, Chris (Renee) Wood and children Krystalyn and Anna of Grayling. She was preceded in death by her loving father, Max Wilcox. A celebration of her life will take place in the near future at the Senior Center in Grayling on Wednesday January 19, 2011 at 2:30 p.m. Arrangements entrusted to Sorenson-Lockwood Funeral Home in Grayling.
