Darryl Ivan Sprague

Darryl Ivan Sprague, 72, of Grayling passed away on Sunday June 5, 2011. Darryl was born in Ionia, MI on February 25, 1939, the son of the late Ivan Carroll and Georgiana (Sible) Sprague. He served in the US Navy on the USS Waller. Darryl enjoyed playing pool and was on two pool leagues. He also enjoyed tinkering with cars, NASCAR, and baseball. Survived by Daughter: Cathy Sprague of Bay City, MI. Son: Mike (Mary) Hoffman of California. He is also survived by 5 Grandchildren. Brothers in law: Leonard and Gary Nelson of Boyne City Sisters in law: Judy Sprague of Lansing and Kathy Moore of Boyne City Nieces and Nephews. Preceded in death by brother Gary Sprague and son Jeffrey Hoffman A memorial service will be held at Sorenson-Lockwood Funeral Home on Saturday June 11, 2011 at 2:00 p.m. Memorial contributions may be made to Craw ford County Commission on Aging for the 'Pool Room Fund' or to Craw ford County Relay for Life.
