Constance Gail Ritter

Constance G. (Davis) Ritter went to be with her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, on Friday, January 30, 2015. She is lovingly remembered by her husband, Earl Ritter, son Jeff Stampfly (Renee Campeau), daughter Maryah Stampfly Rohde (Rick), grandchildren, Ian and Keira Stampfly and Darien & Erik Rohde. Others include a sister, Gwen Davis Woodman (Dave), and numerous nieces and nephews. She was a step-mom to Della and Mark Stearns & children, Don Ritter and Dave (Lucy) Ritter and children. The Campbell Cousins have had a special part in Connie's life as well as Christine Fishell, a long-time, special friend. Connie graduated from Grayling High School and Northeastern School of Commerce, Bay City, MI. Some of the things Connie enjoyed were being part of Calvary Baptist Church, riding horses and anything horse related, gardening and, most of all, her family. She was employed by Milliken Excavating for 19 years and was co-owner of the Lone Pine Restaurant. Please make any donations to Calvary Baptist Church, Grayling, or the Cancer Society. Visitation for Connie will take place Sunday, February 1, 2015 at Sorenson-Lockwood Funeral Home from 3:00 pm - 9:00 pm. A funeral service will be held at Calvary Baptist Church Monday, February 2, 2015 at 11:00 am with Dr. Robert Barnett officiating. Burial will take place in the spring.
