Carson Leroy Kinney

Carson Kinney, 84, of Grayling passed away on Wednesday Feb 16, 2011 Carson was born in San Francisco, CA on February 11, 1927, the son of the late Carson Leroy and Clara (O'Dowd) Norris. He served in the US Navy. He married his wife Loretta of 38 years on May 27, 1972 at Frederic Baptist Church. Survived by wife Loretta Daughters, Vivian Kinney of Georgia. Joyce Kinney of San Francisco, CA. Son: Randy Kinney of San Francisco, CA. Step children: Delbert & Rodney Case and JoAnn Kinney 7 grandchildren, 1 great grandchild Preceded in death by parents , stepdad William Kent Norris, 1st wife Delores Tabaraz Kinney, and brothers Bob and Bill Kinney. Visitation will be held on Monday Feb. 21, 2011 between 3-7 p.m. at Sorenson-Lockwood Funeral Home. Funeral Service will be held at Sorenson-Lockwood Funeral Home on Tuesday, February 22nd, 2011 at 1:00 p.m. with Pastor Robert Barnett officiating. Interment will be held in spring.
