Carol Ann Martin

Carol Ann Martin, 64, of South Branch Twp, MI, passed away Friday, November 7, 2014. Carol was born to Donald and Enid Crapo in Vicksburg, MI, on January 13, 1950. Carol was a member of the American Trapshooting Association. She was the only woman who often competed, beating most of the men. She loved spending time with her grandchildren. She also loved her dogs, Duke and Jake. Carol is survived by son, Christopher (Katrina) Martin of Battle Creek, MI; grandchildren, Josie K., Brendan L. and Cole E.; siblings, Barbara Hansen of Portage, MI, Donald Crapo of Freemont, IN, and Sandra Minger of Vicksburg, MI; nephews, Scott Rawlinson, Brian Minger, Darryl Crapo, Jeff Hansen, Brent Minger and Greg Crapo; and 12 grand nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by life partner, Joseph Loving and parents, Donald and Enid and mother of many years, Maxine Crapo. A gathering of family and friends will take place Friday, November 14, 2014 at 5009 Beaman Valley Rd, Grayling, MI 49738.
