Bruce Maurice Davenport

Bruce Maurice Davenport, 70, of Grayling, MI passed Sunday August 8, 2010 at Mercy Hospital Bruce was born in Lake City, MI on December 29, 1939, the son of the late Henry Maxwell and Doris (Frye) Davenport. He served in the United States Army in the 82nd Airborne Division He was a member of the American Legion in Lake City and the Grayling Eagles He is survived by his loving wife Joan Davenport his sons Michael Bruce (Candi) Davenport, and Jeffrey Sean Davenport. Grandchildren: Zachery Michael Davenport, Jeremiah Edward (fiance Danielle Thompson) Davenport and Ashley Nicole Davenport Bruce is also survived by brothers Ted Davenport, Gary Davenport and step-brothers Larry Trowbridge and Bill Trowbridge. Former wife Karen Quintal. He was preceded in death by Max and Doris Davenport and Rowena (Red) Davenport There will be a Memorial Service at Burning Bush Tabernacle , Grayling, MI. on Tuesday August 10, 2010 at 3:00 P.M.
