Brenda Joyce Grandmaison

Brenda Joyce  Grandmaison, 68, of Grayling, passed away on March 28, 2022.

She was born on March 11, 1954 to Herbert and Nancy (Knight) Cook in Dearborn.

Brenda was a  loving wife, mother, sister, and  friend. She loved animals and they loved her. Brenda never met a stranger and cared deeply about everyone she met.  She did yearly fundraisers for Hospice of Helping Hands. Brenda had been General Manager of Plaza Bar, Dawson's, and Bear's Den before retiring.

Brenda was loved dearly and will be missed by all who knew her. God has received another angel.

She married Bernard Grandmaison on September 13, 1997. Survived by her son, Jason Neu; Stepchildren, Kenny Grandmaison, Kimberly, and Jody; Grandchildren: Brianna (Will) Jones and Riley; Sister:  Barbara (Terry) Tarpley of Grayling; Brothers: Barry (Joette) Cook of Allen Park and Thomas (Marities) Cook of  the Phillipines; Sister in law, Debbie Cook of Romulus. Brenda was also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Preceded in death by her parents and brother, Larry Cook.
