Bessie Elizabeth Pratt

Bessie Elziabeth Pratt, 97, of Frederic, MI passed away July 19, 2014. Bessie was born on July 21, 1916 in Mio, Michigan to Roy and Nettie Small. Bessie worked at Ausable Wood Working of Frederic for 40+ years until retirement. She loved being with her family, and being involved with the church. Bessie is survived by children, Ben (Donna) Pratt, Bonnie Bindschatel and Brian (Kim) Pratt; son-in-law, Clem Sajdak and daughter-in-law, Linda Pratt; 21 grandchildren; 36 great-grandchildren; and 7 great-great-grandchildren. Bessie is preceded in death by husband Jess Pratt, both parents, daughter Betty Sajdak, son Robert Pratt, and she was the last surviving sibling of 9 brothers and sisters. Visitation will be held Tuesday, July 22, 2014 from 1:00 pm until 3:00 pm at the First Baptist Church in Frederic, MI. The service will follow the visitation at 3:00 pm with pastor Dale Hammond officiating.
