Anna Geraldine Rouse (Long)

Anna Geraldine Rouse, 84, of Fairview and formerly of Grayling passed away on Tuesday July 27, 2010. Anna was born in Middleton, Ohio on August 5, 1925, the daughter of the late Lloyd and Emma (Brewer) Long. She was a Licensed Practical Nurse at Lapeer General Hospital. She was later trained as an Inhalation Therapist. Anna married Alvin J. Rouse on October 20, 1987 in Grayling, MI. They were married for 13 years before he preceded her in death in 2000. While living in Grayling, Anna attended the Grayling Assembly of God and Grayling Baptist Church. Survived by Grandchildren: Kevin Coulter, Debra Coulter, Kay Williams, Doug Coulter and Jason Coulter, Richard Brooks, & Denise Bailey. Several great grandchildren. Daughters-in-law: Marty Smith, Julie Suddon, & Lynette Coulter Preceded in death by husband Al; sons Larry & Brad Coulter. Visitation will be held on Friday July 30, 2010 between 11:00 to 1:00 p.m. at Sorenson-Lockwood Funeral Home. Funeral will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Friday July 30, 2010 at Sorenson-Lockwood Funeral Home with Rev. Ron Voelker officiating. Interment will be held at Elmwood Cemetery.
